Unlimited design mock-ups are included with your order, ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with the appearance of your custom menu board before production.

After design approval of your custom menu board(s), turnaround time is 3-5 business days for production. Custom menu boards are shipped via FedEx Priority with an average 2-day delivery.

If you need to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation and refund request via email to hello@businesssignsandmore.com within 24 hours of purchase. We'll process your refund promptly and provide further assistance if needed. If a refund request is received past the 24-hour time window, the refund will be in the form of store credit only.

Non-custom items typically ship within 2-3 business days. However, custom item production time can range from 3 days (e.g. custom logo signs and menu boards) to 14 business days (e.g. custom neon lighted signs) depending on the complexity of the order. Please note that production times are estimates, and we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
