Refund policy

Order Cancellation Refund Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. A cancellation and refund request must be submitted via email to hello@businesssignsandmore.com. 

*If your Order Cancellation Refund Request is received past the 24 hour time window, a refund will be in the form of store credit only

Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged or defective products. Claims must be made within 48 hours after receipt of shipment. A return request must be submitted via email to hello@businesssignsandmore.com. A replacement order will be processed within 1-2 business days of the return request. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Business Signs & More, 3558 N. Jefferson St. Suite 5 Lewisburg, West Virginia, USA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
